1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PageAuditors (“the Service”), operated at pageauditors.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PageAuditors provides automated website accessibility scanning against WCAG 2.2 criteria. The Service scans publicly accessible web pages and generates reports identifying potential accessibility issues with remediation guidance.

3. Accounts

Free scans do not require an account. Paid features require a Google OAuth account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scan websites you do not own or have authorization to test
• Use the Service to conduct denial-of-service attacks or overload target websites
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

6. Scan Results and Reports

Scan results are provided as-is. PageAuditors is an automated tool and does not guarantee that resolving all identified issues will result in full legal compliance with the ADA, Section 508, or any other accessibility regulation. Scan reports are not legal advice. We recommend consulting with an accessibility specialist or attorney for comprehensive compliance guidance.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by PageAuditors. Scan reports generated for your websites are yours to use, share, and distribute as you see fit.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PageAuditors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
